ବିଜୁଳି ଦର ନ ବଢାଇବାକୁ ଓଇଆରସିଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କଲା ଶକ୍ତି ବିଭାଗ
ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର : ଆଗାମୀ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ ଅର୍ଥାତ ୨୦୨୨-୨୩ରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବିଜୁଳି ଦର ନ ବଢାଇବାକୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ନିୟାମକ ଆୟୋଗ (ଓଇଆରସି)ଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଛି ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଶକ୍ତି ବିଭାଗ। ଶନିବାର ଓଇଆରସି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗ୍ରିଡକୋର ବାର୍ଷିକ ରାଜସ୍ବ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା (ଏଆରଆର) ସଂପର୍କରେ ଶୁଣାଣି ବେଳେ ଶକ୍ତି ବିଭାଗ ଏହି ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଛି । ଚଳିତ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ବିତରଣ କମ୍ପାନିମାନେ ରାଜସ୍ବ ବଳକା ଥିବାରୁ ତାହାକୁ ବିଚାରକୁ ନେଇ ନୂଆ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ବିଜୁଳି ଦର ନ ବଢାଇବାକୁ ବିଭାଗ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଛି ।
OERC was requested to direct the DISCOMs to bring down the ATC losses faster so that consumers get the benefit of low tariff. The Commission was urged to do away with the rebate on Intra-state transmission and wheeling charges on RE power that doesn’t benefit industries at large.

ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତର ବୈଷୟିକ ଓ ବ୍ୟବସାୟିକ କ୍ଷତି ହ୍ରାସ କରି ତାହାର ସୁଫଳ ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କୁ ଦେବାକୁ ବିତରଣ କମ୍ପାନି ବା ଡିସକମମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦିଆଯାଉ ବୋଲି ବିଭାଗ ଦାବି ରଖିଛି । ଏହାଛଡ଼ା, ଅନ୍ତଃରାଜ୍ୟ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ପରିବହନ ଓ ହ୍ବିଲିଂ ଚାର୍ଜ ଉପରେ ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ୮୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ରିହାତିକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ ଶକ୍ତି ବିଭାଗ ଆୟୋଗଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଦାବି କରିଛି ।
OERC was also requested not to pass any orders that affect the commercial viability of @GridcoOdisha as the State’s long term energy security and development is dependent on the operational viability of GRIDCO.

During the hearing of the ARR of @GridcoOdisha by OERC today, Energy Department requested the Commission not to increase retail tariff for 2022-23. It urged the Commission to take into account the surplus revenue of DISCOMs during the current year. @CMO_Odisha @SecyChief
